- Song : Disassemble
- Album : Everything You Ever Loved
Here is a brand new song titled "Disassemble" by American post-hardcore band, Make Do And Mend, the second track taken from their upcoming album, 'Everything You Ever Loved'. "It's a song where we definitely stepped outside of our usual sonic approach and used loads of tambourines, handclaps and backup vocals. Despite that, to me, there isn't one second in the track that doesn't feel like a Make Do And Mend song," guitarist Mike O'Toole tells Spinner. The album is set to be released on June 19th.

Oh shake me down
I’m the son of a never ending doubt
Love please hang around
Cause I’m the kind of wreck you read about
And I’m sinking now
I finally know it’s about
Let’s dissemble
Does it feel like a half blown train
These things are better than me
Or resemble
Imagine you and me
Something’s holding you back, yeah
It’s done holding you back, yeah
Nothing is sacred, nothing is safe
Every minute’s an honest mistake
Limit myself to the plans that we make
And the days ?ass us by as we wait
Don’t wait
Don’t wait
I finally know it’s about
Let’s dissemble
Does it feel like a half blown train
These things are better than me
Or resemble
Imagine you and me
Something’s holding you back, yeah
It’s done holding you back, yeah
Don’t wait
Don’t wait
I finally know it’s about
Let’s dissemble
Does it feel like a half blown train
These things are better than me

It’s getting harder to breathe
Oh it’s getting harder to breathe
I finally know it’s about
Let’s dissemble

Or resemble
Imagine you and me
It’s getting harder to breathe
Oh it’s getting harder to breathe
